Sorry update!!! I meant it flattens over time when it first comes but it still hold the wrist well.

Hi! I am using it for 5-6 months I guess and it hasn't flattened at all! It pretty looks the same as the day I received it. Even if it would flatten over time, it is quite thick, therefore, you should not worry about this at all!

Q: how to wash them? they are a bit smelly after opened up from package

I have washed mine three times since I got it. Just put it in the washing machine and hung it up like regular washing. Was still nice and fluffy when dry.
