Taiwan is the best producer for Aiyu, and this one is made in Taiwan. It includes the bag that is essential to make the fine delicious desert.Just wash the seeds in clean water inside a container, place the water in refrigerator for a little bit. The jello kind of desert will form in the container, add a few drops of lemon/lime and honey before serving.100% nature and cool desert is ready

Extremely satisfy with this product. I followed the instruction on the package and scrubbed one cup of Ai-Yu seeds to about 2 liters of Ai-Yu pudding. I like it very much.

Don’t like

I wasn't sure if this will work but it amazed it! I used spring water. The ratio is 34 grams of Ai-yu in 1.5L spring water. After rubbing for 15 mins, solidify in fridge for two hours. It works! Comparing buying one cup from boba place at a cost of 5 bux each, this product is so worth it. Give it a try!

The quality is very good! I actually use seed and water=1:15. But it’s a bit pricey compared to what I got in Asia. But since there are quite few sources to get the Aiyu seed. So, no complain :)

Bought this few months ago and finally got to opened it and make the jelly. It’s so delicious! It’s easy to make and I served it w little Manuka honey and squeeze of lime juiceIt’s so refreshingI am going to purchase another bag 👍

I was excited to be able to buy them in the State. Later I also learned that some FB direct market group offers better quality with higher ratio of seed:water at 1:60-80. Wish the seller had carried similar high quality items.
