Gabrylly Shower System, 10" Bathtub Shower Faucets Set, Brushed Nickel

I have used these for only a few months but I am super satisfied with it's quality and how nice and elegant it looks in my bathroom. I have recommended to my friends that are remodeling or building a new home.

My wife and I were having our bathroom remodeled and we needed a shower faucet that had a rain spout and a handheld shower head. After searching literally everywhere, we came across this shower faucet. It’s a decent price and has the features that we needed, so I purchased it. After it had arrived, I went through the box. It was packaged extremely well. All parts felt very sturdy and of good quality. This surprised me as it was made abroad. I gave it to my contractor to install, and he told me that it was actually very easy to install, and it was clearly marked. After the bathroom was completed, we gave it a test run. It works great. The pressure is excellent. The diverted is easy to switch between rain shower, handheld, or both. Most of all, it doesn’t leak one bit. I did purchase an additional cartridge, as what I’ve read online stated that these tend to break. We are very pleased with this purchase..

I had an issue with the shower valve leaking, and after posting a review - which apparently was taken down - i was contacted by the company and was helped VERY QUICKLY. This system is indeed very much worth it! I cannot express enough how attentive the seller was to correcting my issue, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND theor products, if only for the customer satisfaction of how they responded!!

Could not be more pleased with how this shower operates. Huge shower head that provides an average stream of water flow like a hug of water. It is nice to have the hand held head for those hard to reach spaces and when you need a harder spray. Easy to use. Had a professional install. Met our color needs. Feels sturdy and even though it's not name brand I believe it will last a while.

We added this shower system in to our master bathroom shower during a bathroom renovation in spring 2021. It works great and looks amazing, however we did have a problem about 8 months in with the hose that runs to the removable hand-held shower wand starting to split and unravel at the end near the wand. I reached out to Gabrylly customer service and they sent out a new hose system same day, I got it in like 3-4 days and replaced the bad one in about 2 minutes. Customer service was OUTSTANDING, they even followed up with me to make sure I got the new part and that everything was okay. Just about any product can have a defect or problem, but for now, Gabbrylly sure seems to stand behind theirs and their customer service work is excellent.

This was just installed in our rarely used guest bath. I really liked it until this evening when the handle broke off and the plastic piece inside also broke so it’s not fixable. I’m really disappointed. For the money I expected better. Edit on 9/23/21: the company has just contacted me and said that they've corrected the problem I had. They have offered to make my overall experience better as well. It’s good to know that they’re willing to back up the quality of their product. Edit on 9/27/21: I was wrong. They are not willing to stand behind their product as I stated above. I was willing to say that there was a problem and that they’ve fixed it, but I refuse to delete my original comment. Buyer beware! Edit on 9/28/21: I’ve asked the company to stop contacting me but they aren’t. I’ve received multiple emails since yesterday.

The shower selector know came with a defect but they sent me another one without hesitation. Great customer service and a great product for the price

The faucet set looks great. It was missing a shower arm flange. I contacted Gabrylly immediately, and their customer service was on top of it. They responded quickly, and within a few days I had the missing part. Amazing customer service and communication.
