Designs for Health NOx Synergy
This is an exceptional and well trusted brand that is carried by my physician's office, so I was excited to try this product. The key ingredients per serving:L-Arginine – 1.5 gL-Citrulline – 1.5 gTaurine – 1 gMagnesium Creatine Chelate (Creatine MagnaPower) – 1.5 gCreatine (from Creatine MagnaPower) – 675 mgVitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) – 300 mgFolate (as Quatrefolic) – 170 mcg DFEPantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) – 100 mgMagnesium – 120 mgGrape and Apple Extracts – 250 mg (standardized to 95% polyphenols)L-Glutathione – 100 mgUltimately, this is designed to enhance cardiovascular health and exercise performance. It is also vegetarian-friendly (NOT vegan), non-GMO, and gluten/dairy/soy free. The sweetener is stevia-based and I found the flavor to be pleasant, not overly sweet or artificial. You can of course, adjust according to your personal preference, but still should pay attention to the serving sizes to know how much of each vitamin/mineral you are consuming as a safety precaution. While on the pricier side, I feel the quality justifies the cost of this product. What you put into your body should be top quality! I have used this on workout days that require a bit more intensity and have noticed a difference in my performance and endurance.

A very curious supplement; You'll need to do some research
This is a super premium priced supplement that is somewhere mid-way between a gym pre-workout and daily nitric oxide support supplement. In some ways it's a curious blend. L-citrulline and creatine are commonly found in pre-workouts, albeit in larger amounts than in this. Taurine and vitamins are more commonly found in energy drinks. L-arginine is a frequent find in more cardio oriented supplements. The overall effect feels mild to me and is much less intense than the weight lifting targeted pre-workouts I usually take. My sense is that this is really meant more as a daily support supplement and less a point-in-time (i.e. before exercise) supplement. The inclusion of creatine in such a product I also find pretty curious. Some people will definitely not like that. The Designs for Health brand is an excellent one, with a great reputation. And while this product might be well constructed and effective, it feels like it's missing an exact target audience, particularly given price tag. You'll really want to research and understand how it might or might not help with your goals.

Way too expensive for what you’re getting (gorilla mode Nitric is way better value)
$84 is Craaazzzy for this supplement. You’re barely even increasing NO with the tiny amount of citruline, and L arginine doesn’t even convert in the body well to NO at all (watch Derek MPMD gorilla mode nitric video to understand this)Speaking of gorilla mode nitric, you’ll be getting a full 5G dose of creatine and a world more nitric oxide increasing ingredients for way less, it’s like half the price of this.So if they cut the price in half I’d maybe put it at 4 stars. If they did that and added more bang for your buck like a full dose of creatine instead of the peanut 500mg that’s in it, and maybe some agmitine sulfate to help brain neurotoxicity from excess neuronal NO, I’d go 5 stars.(Nitric gorilla mode also has agmitine)Only problem with Gorilla mode is the sucralose which I hate and is bad for the gut and gives me a stomach achy feeling almost right away.Which this doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners so I like that.I also like the folate is in methylated form instead of folic acid otherwise I wouldn’t have even requested this item. So that’s smart atleast and very rare to see In Sport supps and drinks. The taste is sorta good, there is a noticable hint of some gross ingredients but not insanely bad over powering, I can still enjoy this well enough. No artificial colors either, and yet the color is really nice looking. Some good ingredients but wayyy over priced and wayy underdosed for being an NO supp. Also lastly I’m slightly torn on the health aspects of NO supps, because people like Georgi Dinkov have articles of studies showing elevated NO in the brain coinciding with autism because NO is a free radical and can cause neurological damage apparently. So I’m no expert but I really am interested on that and how much NO is doing bad vs good overall. But none the less this is an NO supp so I can’t take too much away from them for that, I would like some agmatine sulfate in here though like i said, that’d atleast help the brain pathways of NO and concentrate it to the muscles which is why most people take these anyway. But all in all it’s half decent supp not thanks to the NO ingredients but the little bit of creatine, the magnesium, folate, and other fun compounds. BUT wayy to expensive for what you’re getting here imo.
