I have had this for a while now , and i love it ! no more messing about with selotape and printing off address ! I did have a bit of trouble trying to print from my laptop to the printer, couldnt get it to size and give a good quality print out, but now I know it works best by printing straight from my phone easy to use, not really noisy, prints quickly and the wireless connectivity works perfect, wish I bought one sooner definately value for money

The Itari Thermal Printer was out of its box and setup within ten minutes! After using a couple of thermal printers in the past, this was the most straightforward. My printer did not arrive with a driver app but MS Windows 11 sorted that out! In Windows ‘Settings’, I added the device, then located it at ‘Printers & scanners. From the thermal printer settings, I chose ‘Printer properties’ where I was able to customise the printer to my own preference; this included selecting paper size and orientation (portrait/landscape), adjusting density of print and print speed. The printer is ideal for producing shipping labels but I also use it to printout notes using MS Word, and ‘screenshot’ images from the internet. With a footprint of only 20cm x 9cm x 8cm, it is no bigger than my Sellotape dispenser! This printer met my expectations, so I can confidently recommend it.

I am a technophobe. I also don’t like asking for help or even worse waiting for help. However I was able to set up this system and print off labels without any help or assistance or swearing. It’s really easy and straight forward. It’s lightening quick and of course not needing to buy ink is fantastic. I can’t think of any negatives. Wish I’d bought it sooner.

Working well, I've tried 2 different label types both worked fine. Good quality of print, item is nice small and portable which is a big plus. Easy to connect to be rdy to print. If you need a label printer go for it.

Took a bit of setting up and still don't know how I got it to work! Works great now though and love the fact that it is wireless so no wires trailing everywhere. Good value for money, small footprint. Would be a 5 star review if not for the setting up issues as service was great

A small compact yet an absolute essential piece of kit for printing labels, shipping, PDF, images etc etc. Operates via Bluetooth and is very efficient in its use. Brilliant.

I printed one label, which was just fine. Nice and clear text, all that good stuff. The major issue is that when I pulled the plug out I was electrocuted. It's was painful, left my hand with pins and needles and pain up my arm. I also ended up with palpitations. It's extremely dangerous to have a product with a faulty plug that isn't grounded. It was also clearly holding an electric charge because the LED on the power converter was still on a few minutes later. That's the problem with sellers on Amazon; this printer is most likely drop-shipped. You can find identical printers on AliExpress, so they obviously haven't tested it themselves and are just reselling stuff for a profit. I have been burned by sellers before, but this the worst. I have returned it to Amazon. It shouldn't have made it past QC. It could have killed me.

Works really well, been using this label printer for a couple months now, and there has never been any issues with the printer

今まで何年もクリックポストラベルを通常のプリンタやレーザープリンタなどで印刷してきました。 それがこのプリンタを購入して何のストレスも無くなり快適に印刷出来ています。 ロール紙も購入しましたがそのままだとロール紙は使えません。 簡単なロール紙用のカバーを自作してから安定して使えています。 購入後、2ヶ月で毎回ローラー部分にシールを巻き込むようになりましたが無水エタノールでローラーを掃除すると改善されました。 試行錯誤は必要でしたがとても気に入っています。

Stampante semplice ed economica, al momento sembra funzionare bene. Invio l'etichetta via bluetooth in quanto non ho prese/spazio disponibili dove ho il pc, ma ci sono problemi di comunicazione anche se si trova in altra stanza. L'etichetta esce fuori stampata alla perfezione ed è identica a quella utilizzata dai maggiori corrieri.

This printer worked really well from the moment I got it. The app was simple to navigate, the printer connected right away and it prints reliably and super fast! I had some issues with the thermal head leaving gaps after 6 months of heavy use. I contacted customer support and after proving my issue with a short video the replaced the printer free of charge. The customer service was quick and painless! Would recommend this product, especially after dealing with their customer service department!
