Horrible item.
The product does not work. So FRUSTRATING. Used 2different yarns. Watched 4 videos..yarn just balled up on top..never went down shaft.. Also, the turning crack kept stripping out.

I was so satisfied when i got the mil it came. With a damaged box … after. Some days try to work. With it it did not go easy. And yesterday one of the needle got out out now we can not use it anymore may i jad to spend a little bit more momey on it. …

Only works with very thin yarn
I am likely returning as I am unable to find yarn that works with it, keeps getting jammed up at every turn of the crank with every type of yarn I own. I'm finding I manually opening and closing the hook latches on each turn and unlocking yarn when I notice it's stuck, I might as well just hand knit at this point. Very disappointed.
