PUPGSIS T12 Gaming Audio Mixer, with Independent volume control

Update: I did receive communication from PUPGSIS after a while and was offered a resolution of a refund. Because I liked the product originally, I offered to receive a replacement instead. They agreed and got a replacement out to me very quickly! They did not ask me to change my review but because of the response and very kind messages back and forth with them, I wanted to say that the customer service i received was great! They definitely seem like a company that wants to make sure that their customers are happy with the product. I can safely say that a recommendation for this is a big thumbs up. Fun and easy to use and good customer service. **This was my original review that has now been updated to show great customer service** When I received the mixer, it actually worked pretty good. Sound was good. Quality was good (for what it was). A couple months after some mild use, the microphone input is now barely working. Fuzzed out sound and low volume. I changed out the cable and mic to others to make sure it wasn't any of my other equipment. Those were all fine. I contacted the company a couple times over the last couple of weeks since it was out of the Amazon return window. No response at all. Not even a follow-up saying "we are unable to do anything". Just radio silence. It's too bad cause I did like it the few times it worked.

Disclaimer: My rating system: EVERYTHING starts at a 5, and goes from there. I thoroughly read the descriptions and if I don't like the description, I simply don't order the item. If the product shows up as advertised they get a 5. If there are unadvertised flaws, they are duly noted and stars removed accordingly.... that being said: This item gets 5 stars. I will admit I was skeptical because I didn't think this mixer would meet the needs of my microphone, but I wanted to take a chance AND I AM SO GLAD I DID! I am using this with a Shure SM7B mic, which requires A LOT of gain to get a good sound. Installation was SUPER EASY. I plugged it in using the supplied USB C cable and 1/8" TRS to 1/8" TRS, plugged in my XLR cable to my microphone and WOW did it ever sound good through my headset. It is very responsive, compact and SUCH A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. I have used other professional equipment in sound reinforcement and mobile venues, and this is a great home studio or podcasting. I also plan to do some Audible book narrations with this setup. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Really cool mixer works really good

I think it’s a good value with many features that a beginner can learn about mixing audio.

I found this to be a low quality items with a strange mixture of options. It has an XLR jack for a higher quality microphone, but lacks a similar port for a higher quality pair of headphones. It has a 3.5 jack, but that limits the types and combinations of headphones you can connect. The control buttons are wonky, especially the lighting pattern they use when engaged or not. The audio leaves a lot to be desired. There is notable latency in the monitoring feedback which I found every annoying to use. People on the receiving end have reported a lot of crackling when I use it. I used it for a day and went back to my Scarlett 2i2, which is much higher quality and provides significantly better sound (both in and out) quality. If you are looking for very low budget item for your kids, this will do the trick. If you are looking for a higher quality set-up to podcast or stream, I would not recommend this device.

I haven't had this very long but I have to say wow. This thing works a lot better than I thought it was going to work. I do hear a little bit of a humming noise if some of the volumes are up too high, but that's usually to be expected when volumes are high. Everything connects up to it seamlessly. The buttons feel pretty quality for being rubber. The RGB is nice. The buttons and knobs feel very durable. So far as compatibility has been amazing and especially having the Bluetooth option is always a nice feature.

this item works great no buzz feed back i have all my soundboard playbacks looaded up perfectly. but i had the erge to contact constumer suport probably about three times sense im a nembie coming into soundboards on the pc, i ran into problems such as the mic only working but i got not getting any audio from my headphones, to having this insane grounding out buzzing sound which funny saying chages pitches when i switch the led colors on the soundboard itself. i fixed everything by realizing i didnt need as many conections hooked up as i did. honestly everything was user error and now that everything is hooked correctly, as a plug and play system it works great!!!

Couldn’t get to work
