Fry as well as mature guppies seem to like it
We used this product for fry guppies. The food is very small granules (almost powder) that floats on the water when administered. Both mature and fry eat the product willingly and easily. With one batch of new fry, I put some in a breeding tank and other out in the 20 gallon tank. Provided both groups this food. In 4 weeks, I did not notice a difference in growth, health, or looks. I have continued to feed all the guppies flake food and supplement with this fry food. I will consider using this product in the future.

Not powder
Definitely not powder, more like very tiny granuals. They still work great for guppy, molly, and platy fry, though. Even the newborns can eat it. I really like the high protein content in this food as well. A lot of foods are only 40% but this is high enough for most carnivorous fish (like bettas).

Nice, tiny food
I have been using this food very successfully for feeding all sizes of my outdoor guppies - they all appear to be able to eat the food, from newborns to breeding adultsThey go crazy for this food and it seems to help with their general development and coloring - it floats initially and then does seem to slowly sink after a couple of minutes - all in all, would recommend

Too granular for newborn fish
The good news is that fish eat this food. However, it is not as small as I expected. The food is somewhat granular rather than a powder, and so it is more suitable for large fry. It looks more like food made for adult nanofish, such as ricefish, guppies or small tetras. However, if it is formulated for baby fish as claimed, it won’t be suitable as staple for adult fish. The smell is very familiar, like those produced for fish farms. The amount of food that you receive is small for the price. The seal of the jar I received was broken, so it is hard to tell how fresh it is.

good stuff, wouldn't call it powdered though.
I sometimes raise up juvenile bettas from a breeder I know and sell them. juvenile is basically big enough to not need the live food they have freshly hatched. glad this batch was a little bit bigger when I got them and gave this a try, they've grown up to adult size like weeds! the protein percentage on this is I'm guessing part of why.warning though, the granules are small enough for most tiny mouthed tetra type fish, but for true fry you're probably going to need to find a way to truly grind this to powder. a coffee grinder set to espresso is probably a good bet-- obvs designate that grinder for this use only though, funky morning java aside fish are pretty sensitive to caffeine.

My animals love it...
I use this as an additive in a frozen jello that I make for aquatic shrimp and snails. It is very easy to add to your blender and it provides additional protein that the blended veggies are lacking.I also have sprinkled it in the tank and they eat it there as well. The size is somewhat like grains of sand or just slightly smaller. The bottle is nice and overall seems good quality.5 Stars!Thank you and I hope this was helpful.

Does its job, works well for small fish, mixed experiences with sinking.
Update: I'm updating my review because I moved to a new tank and tried this food again and it's sinking now. I think the size of the food is perfect for my smaller fish since a lot of my sinking food I already have is larger pellets that need to be crushed and this food is ready for them out of the container. I still think it's fairly pricey for the quantity but I'm more pleased with the product now.I got the WPC-CO. Fish Fry Food hoping it would sink, especially since it’s advertised as suitable for snails and live shrimp, which are bottom dwellers. Unfortunately, the food floats, making it easy for other surface fish before it ever reaches the snails or shrimp. While it does work fine for fish, it’s not practical for the intended bottom-dwelling creatures.Packaging and value: The container is quite small, especially for the price. Given how quickly it might be consumed by fish, it feels a bit overpriced for the amount provided.

Good baby fish food
This food is small enough for baby fish but newly born fish fry. The granules are a little big but they are easy to break up in to smaller pieces. Its a high quality food and the fish eat it up quickly. Perfect for what it is and a great value.
