Another important section on investing in AI includes a list of some major companies and their specialties. Lembo does not shy away from the pros and cons of some potentially useful but yet worrisome projects. She leaves the reader with a good foundation, ideas for incorporating AI into our lives, and much to think about.

I’ve always been curious about Artificial Intelligence, but most resources I’ve come across felt way over my head, until now. This audiobook explains everything in plain language, with no confusing tech jargon. I loved how it showed AI in real-world situations, like voice assistants or how it’s helping in farming and health care. It really opened my eyes to how much AI is already part of daily live. The section on ethics and future innovations was a big bonus. It got me thinking about how AI could impact my family and career. If you’re like me, curious but clueless, this book is the perfect place to start. It’s practical, easy to follow and genuinely interesting!

Good read to grasp the basics and essentials of AI. Narratives are simple and easy to understand for a non technical person including topics like AI, ML, NLP and computer vision. Author has listed relatable real life uses cases for AI in everyday life for beginners to make use of the tools - social media, online shopping, smart homes and personal health. Interesting uses cases are listed to professionals to understand ways of leveraging AI at work including automating tasks and increasing productivity using AI tools. The practical hands-on session are a good try for beginners to get their hands dirty. Books covers the risk, ethics, precautions to be taken to safeguard against misuse. The collection of AI tools listed are great for beginners.

As such, it's important to educate ourselves so that we not only remain in the driver's seat, but can utilize AI to our best advantage as it gets more embedded into our daily lives.I was looking for a book that would give me a solid foundation of what AI is, it's current uses, it's future uses, and how I could actually use it personally, and "The Complete Beginner's Guide to AI" did not disappoint!I really loved this book! It was easy to read, yet comprehensive. It included every single topic about AI that I've wondered about and gave a really good foundational overview. The book starts with the different levels of AI and terms, then moves to examples of how we use AI in our everyday life today, then moved on to the areas of life that AI is impacting in a greater way, and then moved on to the future, ethics, responsible AI education, etc.I particularly loved the topics of AI in farming practices, environmental practices, creative sectors, financial sectors and educational sectors. I also deeply appreciated the fact that the book went into the ethics of AI and how we should use it responsibly as we educate future generations, etc.Overall, I think this book is an incredible resource to help cut through the white noise and fear of what AI is, and helps us to better understand how we can use a technology that is definitely going to become more a part of our daily lives, now and in the future.I'd recommend this book to everyone as a must read!

This book is a useful read for anyone who are either just starting out or are somewhat more knowledgeable about AI. It explores the many possible implications and applications of artificial intelligence. It is about getting to know what AI is, where it came from and how the future may be headed. The book is well structured, offers lots of insights and sources that were well researched and documented by the author. This guide did an excellent job of breaking down the complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language that non-technical readers can grasp. For me, this was a very enjoyable and informative read.

The book really made a difference in my understanding of AI. When I realized how much AI I was already using in my daily life, my fears were reduced dramatically. It also covers where AI is headed, where it can be beneficial as well as the ethical considerations you may want to understand. Keep in mind this is an introductory guide not a comprehensive discussion. But still, I you are a newbie it’s an excellent first discussion.

Not a techy, but did read the first chapter. It was enough to help understanding and alleviate fear of AI.
