Product has only top cut for luggage top handle and trolley grip. Side cut to hold side handles is missing

Good. does the job but velcro patches are too small to hold, not strong, may get loose. Size is good.

They say it is for 24” luggage, but it is not… it is shorter than the standard size. It is not universal so useless…
