Amazing Customer Service
The keyboard was perfect for the first month and a half. Then the light up keys stopped working. That was the main reason I purchased the keyboard. Buyer beware it's great until it's not Update to my review. 27SEP2024 . To my surprise, the customer service team reached out to me proactively. They acknowledged the issue, offered sincere apologies, and without hesitation, sent me a new item to try. Their communication and willingness to go the extra mile were some of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They ensured that I felt valued and heard, turning a disappointing situation into a positive one. Although the initial product didnโt meet my expectations, the following keyboard is working well. The exceptional customer service has left a lasting impression, and Iโll definitely consider this company again in the future.

Keyboard quality.
Could do with having a time-out adjustment. Other that, it feels high quality.

Not a touch typist, but for the most part I can type as fast on this lit keyboard as I always have
October 17, 2023: After two months of using this keyboard the space bar kept sticking. In a five word sentence, four words would have no spaces. Example: Idid everything tocorrect the spacebarproblem, but nothingworked. Imagine having to edit everything you type. I contacted the company, and they were not helpful. It was primarily a language problem. Finally, I contacted Amazon and returned it. One other issue: the keyboard only stays lite for 5-8 seconds. Look away for what seems like a very short time, and the keyboard was dark, very dark. I have removed my original review, and now would giuve it two stars if that. It seems like such a small problem. Send another spacebar with instrcutions for replacing it. Or replace the whole keyboard. After a few weeks, I replaced it with tried and true Logitech. With apologies for misleading anyone. There's a two year warranty, and that is a definite plus. Please note: I am not a touch typist, but I have been typing for over 70 years, and have acquired a rythm that gets me to 65 wpm on a good keyboard. Is this a good keyboard? Well, I've had it for two weeks, and I'm adjusting to some of the "quirks." I am still deciding if I want to keep this keyboard. As near as I can figure, this is my 11th keyboard since I left the world of typewriters in 1980. I had found my ideal keyboard about five years ago with a Logitech something: then a month ago, the keys started falling off. That keyboard is no longer being made and it's replacement is twice the price, so we'll start there. IF this lasts longer than what some reviewers have reported, it should be fine. Reworded first review: Sound: I'd actually like more sound. Keys with little sound that need more pressure doesn't allow you to get the rythm that I need for speed. They may be too "soft," but keep in mind that my typewriter (that I miss periodically) was a Smith Corona portable which I used until my last year in college when I went to the brand new SC Electric portable in 1964. I miss the height and the "depression" in those keys, but I've gotten used to all of my keyboards after a couple of weeks. Keys: The space bar is too short, and needs more pressure than most of the other keys. I have written three articles for publication since I got this keyboard. During thefirst week, I had to go over paragraph after paragraphwhere there was no space between words. (I'm leaving that sentence as I typed it as an example. Now I'm learning how to put more pressure on all thekeys. Evidently, I'm not there yet.) Battery: First, I do not mind a corded keyboard. (I do hate corded mice.) I have a powered USB hub, and it has a port at the very front with six UBS ports that are lit and can be turned on and off. I was a lttle concered that the red light came on so quickly and thought I'd have to recgharge it, but I have the board plugged into a USB port on the back of my (desktop) PC, and I left the dongle plugged in. I have not had to recharge the keyboard in two weeks, and I'm at this computer 8-10 hours a day. Value for the Money: Well, with the prices of keyboards doubling in the past six months + what I paid for this seemed reasonable. Since I am unwilling to spend $80 for a keyboard (I'm fully retired), then this price was reasonable if I have none of the problems mentons in the lower ratings. I'm getting up to speed and I type. (I kept my $19 Amazon keyboard just in case: it didn't tilt.) I won't recommend or return this at the end of a month. As of right now, I'm keeping it, and I will stand by my four stars. Contact me in three months, or watch this review at Thanksgiving. By then, the suspense will be over ;-)
