Don't know if it's cause is my first time using a product like this, but I can tell that it feels very very refreshing and comfortable when placed on the affected spot under your eyes. Also felt the difference after taking the off and you can do it as often as you want. If placed in the fridge, the results are abetter. I recommend this product. Now I want more of this.

This is just silicon with barely any liquid on it, not refreshing, not moisturising... nothing!
