Disclaimer: I am not a beauty guru by any means. I wear little to no makeup. I wash my face with water and I buy whatever moisturizer has built in SPF and is on sale at the grocery store. Then four days out of seven I forget to put the moisturizer on. I bought this to incorporate into a relaxing post bath routine to take 15 minutes out of my busy "mom of three" day for me. I don't even really know what they are supposed to do, but I love them. I will certainly buy them again. They feel so soothing when they go on. I do have sensitive skin when it comes to harsh ingredients and these have not once dried my skin out or made me break out. I feel refreshed when I take them off and I do actually think they leave a dewy "glow" effect the next morning. I have found I can't walk around with them on because they will slide down my face, but laying down with a cooling compress under my eyes is not a bad thing. It forces me to slow down at the end of the day. There are a lot in the box, enough so that I used them for stocking stuffers when my sister came to visit for Christmas for her and her boyfriend, and they both equally enjoyed them. My husband said he wouldn't be caught dead using them, but to each their own. If this is your kind of thing, the price is right and they are rejuvenating.
