This has come in handy many times. I always keep it in my backpack and lunchbox. I use it for when I can feel myself starting to fall asleep at work or in class and It usually perks me right up, probably also works as a placebo. there's a good amount of cany coating on the outside to make these actually somewhat enjoyable compared to other caffeine gums I've had. the variety pack is nice and I like the mint and cinnamon flavors. But lets be honest you're not really chewing these for flavor more so the caffeine and they do work, while also tasting acceptable

I loved this, the flavors were actually very nice. I could tell the caffeine was there but it wasn't a crackhead spike like energy drinks, pretty smooth application of the energy. It's nice to just reach into you're pocket and grab one when you're tired during the day, also the way they let you open it and keep it closed is cool in terms of functionality. It's just a paper package but there's stiffness at the end where you open so it will stay closed.

The gum definitely works. The effect, duration, and function are very different from coffee. This is definitely something designed to allow someone to continue labourus activities without breaks or the desire to eat. If you chew a piece and then sit down for a day at the office you will feel more alert but likely won't get the full effects. If you chew a piece right before starting a long hike or a HIT workout you feel much more willing to push through periods of cardiovascular exhaustion and your appetite will fall of a cliff. Mental clearity and apptitutde increase. Towards the end ( about 5 hours) there is a bit of jitteryness or nervous energy but again the feeling would be very useful if I wasn't trying to sit still at that point. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a boost in alertness particularly when doing hard labor. Even if you don't feel hungry, eating after about the 2-3 hour point seems to sustain the energy boost. When I didn't eat it tapered off faster at the 3 hour mark. I wouldn't want to use this everyday however as I imagine the cumulative effects over several days would lead to crazy sleep patterns and anxiousnes. It also doesn't taste great after the first 5 minutes but I feel like the not so great taste mid up take adds to the " let's get going" effect. Long story short it's designed to give to soldiers first and foremost, so it facilitates ACTIVITY and alertness. Not just alertness

I got this for traveling. Usually when you arrive after an overnight flight you're pretty loopy and can't always get to coffee right away. This does give you the pickup of a cup of coffee and tastes great. However, I didn't give it five stars because it has a bad aftertaste.

Missing one or two pieces in half of the unopened packs. Not worth the hassle of returning but it sucks to get less than you paid for. Good caffeine boost. Prominent bitter caffeine taste in both of the mint flavors but the cinnamon flavor covers it up very well. I bought a case of cinnamon after sampling and before noticing the missing pieces, and probably won't buy again considering this quality control issue has been around for years based on past reviews.

These are my favorite to perk me up. I usually just bite half a piece since I still watch my caffeine intake. That way I have less anxiety and the gum last longer eating by halves. Best for the after meal coma.

My gum was missing a piece and that stuff is way too expensive to be missing any pieces! You only get 5 pieces to a pack. I haven't even opened all the packs so I hope it's just the one but we'll see. Y'all should send me a replacement spearmint pack because that's the one that was missing a piece, what a disappointment. The gum is really good though and does give you energy.

I've purchased this gum several times and always keep some in the car and in my travel bags. It's got enough caffeine to keep me up through 4+ hour drives on low sleep with only 1 or 2 pieces. If you have to pull an all-nighter you can get through with these but the package does warn against having too many in a short period of time so going through more than a pack trying to stay up is probably not advised. The pieces are a bit larger than most chewing gum so it might not be good for those who need the caffeine while at work in jobs that don't approve of visible gum chewing. While much of taste is down to personal preference all of them will have a sort of chemical aftertaste, probably the caffeine itself, that some of my friends have found unpleasant. Having had all the flavors I don't think any of them are unpalatable but I found the green ones to have the nicest flavor for me personally. Overall I find it an easy recommendation and have gotten several friends to swear by it as well.

It’s a good product and it does give you an energy boost, however the taste isn’t as good as most chewing gum and the energy boost really doesn’t last too long I found myself getting tired again after about an hour

Taste horrible to chew, initial bite not bad but the after taste ohh lord

At £1 a stick of gum this was ridiculous! I thought it was 15 sticks EACH flavour not 5 of each especially for the price! The flavour lasted 2 seconds and there was NO energy hit
