I am 64 year old female that eats clean, exercises, has good stable blood pressure and unfortunately has very high cholesterol. I have been taking this supplement for 6 months and have notice changes at the 3 month intervals. Most noted is that my bad cholesterol dropped 60 points since my last last check up in 2025. I am hopeful I may not need to start a statin. As others have said I do sleep better and energy is more consistent. I do feel like my metabolic health is just better. Not nearly as bloated after I eat and just feel so much better. I will definitely continue with the supplement.

First off, the packaging is so cool! Comes with a sleek reusable glass bottle (only thing is the sticker residue stuck to mine) and pill refill packets (yay sustainability and not filling up the trash with bulky pill bottles). These pills are so small which I appreciate as someone who HATES swallowing pillows. There’s no order or aftertaste so I don’t dread taking them. I’ve been using for about 3 months now and have noticed a difference in my overall wellbeing. I’m sleeping better, feel more energetic and overall just like that I’m supporting my health from a cellular level. I will be throwing these on subscribe and save!

I am 67 years old and been taking almost a month. I do open the capsule up every morning and put powder in my mouth with a good glass of water. Don't like plastic going in my system. Anyway product is effective for me at least no side effects, most of joint pain has gone. Seen improvements in my skin and energy level, definitely sleep better! Size is small but since I open the capsule it doesn't matter. Simple to use after I take it with water, I take my vitamin liquid that way I know everything is being absorbed! It is pricey and I definitely don't like that they want you to have a subscription which I won't. Yet I will probably pay the full price to keep using it because the benefits for me are there!

After renewing a few times, I found myself wondering why I was paying so much for a non-proprietary chemical at a fairly low dose 100 mg daily? Many sources suggest 200 mg daily would be better than 100 mg, but that would be prohibitive. At first it was hard to find a plant-based source of this (or at least not milk-based source), but ultimately I did find a reputable supplier in the UK that sold me 200g for about the cost of three months. Plus some fairly expensive shipping. A third-party lab provided the chromatography results for this, and I was confronted by a big bag of crystallin powder. Let me put 200 grams of pentadecanoic acid into perspective. That is 2000 tablets of Fatty 15. Much more than I needed, but my goal was 200 mg/d so really only 1000 doses. The powder is stable at room temperature for 2 years. I made my own 200 mg capsules (I can make about 50 of these/hour while drinking my coffee in the morning, using vegan gelatin capsules). I could do it faster, but I insist on weighing them at 200 mg. I'm not sure why. Honestly it's not onerous to make them. Kind of therapeutic itself. I don't see a difference in how I feel or any side effects. The capsules I make look very pretty in the fancy bottle that I still have. But now I can fill it completely to the top and keep it full. I keep checking back because it would make sense that this supplement would be available competitively from others, or that fatty 15 would lower their price at some point. Surely they are buying this stuff by the kilogram at much lower prices than I am, and the packaging couldn't be a major issue. Condiments come in similar packs and are nearly free. But Fatty 15 seem very happy to make a 10x profit on this, and I guess I was happy to pay for it until I found an alternative that was less painful. I am baffled as to why a Chinese manufacturer hasn't stepped up to do this for 1/20th of the price, but so far I have not found that. So really, my only complaint is the price. The product is good, convenient and nice enough. No side effects that I can tell, no unpleasant taste or odor. Just 10x as expensive as it should be.

After one month of usage I felt a dramatic change in body temperature causing me to sweat, my skin was clammy and I was miserably hot 24/7 in spite of my air conditioner being at a very low setting. I purchased six months worth of it since most supplements, including this one, require consistency before any positive results are effective. Prior to placing my order, I checked with the Amazon Customer Service in the Philippines, if in the event I should get an adverse effect after the 30 day window would this be covered for a refund? I was repeatedly assured I can return/refund my order. That was not a true statement and I was misled. Amazon will not accept my return and credit since in my case I went over the return policy by one day. Be very careful when you order this product. I do not recommend it. The side effects I experienced are not acceptable and not worth going through. I can’t wait till this product is out of my system so I can feel normal again.

I was excited, read that it took 3 months to “kick in”. After 2 months my dry skin cleared up. It was great. The month after, the 3rd month the dry skin came back. Maybe not something Fatty was responsible, who knows. Expensive but figured I’d give it a try. I did, didn’t see much if any improvement so I’m done.

My order was delivered, this is my 3rd order for this product, fancy bottle in package, but no product pouches in box, called co. they said it is a packaging issue, Amazon will take care of this issue, my replacement has been delayed. I paid $150 for this product. Love the product.
