I am most satisfied with its elegant design, very beautiful lines and appearance. It's a lifesaver for me, I don't have to eat cold food after working overtime. It heats up very quickly and has a very large heating area. Works great when you're having a small gathering or when you need to cook additional foods on the stove, less fussing with rewarming items. Easy to set up and wiped clean in a flash due to the Nano-coating silicone material. Afer use, roll it up and put it in a nylon bag for compact storage. So convenient to use. Really like it. Highly recommend to everyone.

I bought this as a christmas gift for my mother. After about 2 months it stopped working and she told me the heating element went out. I messaged this company through Amazon and they replaced it for free!!! How nice!!!! It has worked great ever since and she uses it all the time! It kept all of our food warm all day for our Easter lunch and dinner! Didn’t even have to reheat the food for dinner!

Very nice and it works well. We actually defrost meat on it as well as using to keep food warm.
