How do you clean the roller

You can spray it with an alcohol based cleaner. I got one with another Derma roller so I use that. Or you can use anti bacterial spray

Does the needle pierce through head skin and does it cause bleeding?

Not at all. I have quite sensitive skin and I’ve not had any issue like that at all. Having said said this may be the case if you get a longer needle length. I went for the 0.25mm length.

Is this gonna help regrow hairline?
