This cashew Parmesan is delicious! It adds the perfect cheesy, savory flavor to pasta, salads, veggies, and more. I love that it’s dairy free but still has so much flavor. Definitely a new staple in my kitchen.

I really like this cashew parmesan. It tastes great, and I love that it has 2 grams of protein since I’m trying to increase my protein intake. The texture is good, there’s no strong smell, and you don’t have to refrigerate it after opening. You can add it to so many dishes. I’m not vegan, but I’ve cut back on dairy products, and this cashew parmesan is definitely vegan friendly. I’ve added it to my tuna pasta dish, and I’ve even mixed it into wheat flour to add a little crunch when I air fry my tofu. I will definitely be buying more.

Love the taste but just on the salty side. I will buy it again because it’s hard to find anything Parmesan in the vegan world.
