Great delivery, item is easy to use on horse. No idea if it makes a difference but happy to give it a go

Perhaps i am a little thick but i foud the booklet very difficult to comprehend. Surely someone could write a simpler method to operate the device. I am 3 weeks into using it and neither my wife or i have noticed any difference. So far. To put it on our arms we both need assistance to do that although i have found it to be easier to put it onto my leg when i go to bed at night. I can do that by myself. I need to ensure that the strap when i wrap it around my leg needs to trap the device to ensure that it doues not slip out of the restraining straps during the night. which it has done during my sleep. A velcro fastening pocket with a window to view the lights would be a much better idea. I have chronic muchus production in my lungs and chest bronchiatasis, worn out knees and ankles, no cartilage! and general lethergy and in these cases i have not noticed any improvement. Yet. So in conclusion i will bear with it for a further week nd if not improvement i will return it. At a senior age money it important.

I tell everyone how good and the difference it has not only to his leg but he is happy old self anything is better than giving him medication, I worked it out by the time I have paid the vet bills it paid for the Arc

*UPDATE* My dog has DM which creates issues in other areas for him. So we have been using the product for 10 days and it is helping with his pain, so much so that he is trying to instigate a game with my other dog at every opportunity. Also his sensitivity is being awakened and he now responds to tummy tickles again! Plus his whole well being has improved and the cheeky dog has returned..... Whilst he is happy, then so am I. I purchased the Equine Arc4 to use on my dog and myself. The carbon pads are only small therefore allowing me to attach the device to my dogs leg! He is good and stays in one place for the duration of the programme. It's not yet a week since starting the 6 week course, so I cannot comment on how it has helped us!
