No it isn’t cold to the touch at all. It doesn’t sweat either. I love it and use it daily.

Will a twisted tea bottle fit?

My son uses his gor beer bottles so I would think yes!

I don't know, mine is 2 pcs the part that holds the can and the top is black that screws down after inserting the can.
