Leaps and bounds better than my previous chair. The cushion is so soft and the fabric feels very smooth. The leg rest is...well a gaming leg rest so I won't knock any points off of that. Assembly was simple. Tool about 15-20 by myself. I have a heavier male. 6ft, 285lbs and it fits. I probably wouldn't go heavier though. The back curls inwards so any bigger and it might be an issue. For this price point though, you truly can not go wrong.

I love this chair but I have a couple of issues with it. Issue #1 and probably the most problematic for me would be the arms of the chair. I am someone who uses the arms of the chair to readjust myself in the chair and I usually do so using my elbows and forearm. With this chair I am stabbed every time I do so by some internal staples or screws to the point that it has started poking holes in the arm of my chair. Issue #2 not as problematic but still annoying would be the foot rest. It slides out easily but does not slide back into place very well it requires me to wiggle and push to the point that sometimes I just give up on it completely. I have included photos of the arms of the chair with the punctures circled they are small holes but whatever is puncturing is very sharp.

It was working fine when built after a month the pump lift of the chair stopped working and the bottom part to put ur legs up is difficult to take out and put back in

Ive had it delivered, returned and had it delivered again missing items. However, they had good customer service and I eventually got my missing parts. Love the product, best computer chair for me as I have terrible back pain and comfort is essential.

I’m not saying to not buy this chair, but I had to return it as the arms of the chair punctured my elbows! I adjusted in the seat, my arms flat on the arm rests and put a bit of pressure to scoot back and I felt a sharp prick on both of my elbows. I look down and both of my arms are bleeding! The staples used to reinforce the fabric to the chairs poked straight through, puncturing my skin. If you get this chair, please be careful. I will say I am disappointed because I loved the fabric and assembly was easy. But the staples facing up really changed my mind about it all. Didn’t know a chair could injure me like that.

It’s a good chair it just feel a little cheap not wiggle but it don’t feel like a nice sturdy chair but it’s comfortable that’s good but the leg rest feels very flimsy and I followed everything beginning to end other than this things it’s a pretty decent chair for it’s price I like it but I wouldn’t say 4 or five stars good

Missing the headrest pillow BUT Comfortable and easy to build. 4/5 because shipment was missing the second pillow
