Do I have to use it with the Shumage cream?

The device needs to be used with products that can effectively transmit medium-frequency waves to feel the full effects. We recommend using it with the Shumage cream, which has been custom-developed to suit the efficacy and intensity of the device.

The vibration mode works, but the EM mode doesn’t. Is my device faulty?

When I used the red mode for the first time, the tingling sensation felt too intense What should I do?

Can I use it on areas other than the face?

While this product is designed for facial care and can be used freely on the entire face, avoid using it near the thyroid area around the Adam’s apple. Also, avoid using it on areas with dental work or implants.

Nice device and cream set.

Love the set. Lotion is thick and gooey but works well with the electric stimulator device. Skin feels soft and tingly after use. Don't know if it's working but skin feels great after use so figure it can't hurt to use it. Don't feel anything with the red light therapy but the device works well in this mode as well. After using the device all over my face and neck, I do wipe down the cream a bit as it is pretty sticky to leave on full strength. Liked it enough to purchase another set for a gift.

I got mine yesterday I got device as well and I'm loving it no complaints at all I will continue to buy this I lost weight and my face I looked like I had a moon face I just used first time last night and I can already see a difference not so moony looking and I had no plump to my skin tell ya rt now IT WORKS GET BOTH I also got that serum that's amazing as well my face has a glow to it finally after 52 years to learn this . Just wow

The packaging is nice..the product seems to be working so far . Skin seems very soft and hydrated.. don't see any change in skin fighting or wrinkles but just 4 days in..
