Pro tip: always give it a good shake before drinking. The only minor thing worth mentioning: on very rare occasions a bottle will taste slightly off -- a little chemical, a little heavy on the coffee, hard to pinpoint exactly, but you notice it's different. It's rare enough that it hasn't stopped me from reordering every two weeks. I purchased the sweet cream with caffeine and the chocolate shakes. These are really good products. Great flavor with little to no after taste of protein. I use in my morning coffee in place of sweetener and after work out. Product has had a significant effect on my energy, workout efficacy and muscle retention/growth. Good value for cost.

Our favorite protein shake. My husband is diabetic and these shakes help him manage his blood sugar. They taste good and creamy. Not chemically or chalky tasting/feeling. They are easy to take everywhere and keep us full.

Delicious flavor, excellent protein source, low fat and low sugar—only downside is greatly overpriced. I like the plastic jugs but the tetrapak versions are much cheaper.
