I couldn’t figure out how to use it. All instructions are in an Asian language. And when I hit the buttons, an Asian voice instructed me but o couldn’t understand what to do. I had high hopes but not user friendly

This device works fine, but the instructions are in Chinese. I used a translator program to figure out how to use the circular control buttons. The typically marked on/off button is at 12 o'clock and needs to be held down for a couple of seconds to turn the unit on (or off). Then set heat, mist and sound using the other buttons. The heat function is at 6 o'clock (image of a sun) and has two increasing levels and off. The mist function is at 3 o'clock (image is waves) and has three settings pulse, full and off. After setting heat and mist, briefly press the on/off button again to start a fifteen minute session. At that point, you may want to turn off the sound by pressing the music button three times. The sound is tinny, so muting is the best selection here IMO. Use your own ear buds if you want something to listen to. After a session, remove the massager and long press the sun button to start the disinfecting ultraviolet lamp. Do not look at the ultraviolet lamp during this time. The cleaning cycle will finish on it's own and shut off. The mist chamber is removable for cleaning, which I do once a week, using dish soap and warm water followed by a thorough rinse and dry. It comes with a little bottle for ease in refilling the chamber between cleanings. Very satisfied with the unit so far.

This heated steam eye massager is far from luxury. It has six circular massager nodes on each side along with two larger nodes that should hit above your eyebrows. The fit is awkward, though, and aside from tightening or loosening the strap, offers no flexibility so unless your face and facial features align perfectly, it won’t hit in the proper places. The pieces vibrate more than massage and just do not offer any relief. There are audible guides indicating the settings you are selecting. The problem, though, is the voice speaks Mandarin, so I have no idea what it is telling me. The quick start guide and instruction manual are also all in Chinese with no translations, so unless you upload it through something to translate or know this language, best of luck. It has a heating function as well, but again, I have no idea what it is saying, and I never felt heat. I absolutely cannot recommend this item.

I'm honestly unable to really review most of the features of this because the directions and voice prompts are all in Chinese. I tried to brute force myself through testing the features, but no matter what combination of buttons I press, I have no idea what settings got changed. Unless you already know Chinese or want to take the time to learn the language or translate everything, I would stay away from this product.
