I've tried over 20 different protein powders is Naked has become my favorite. You get the clean protein that you need without high sodium and sugar content. It mixes easily with water or other liquids. I've added it to my coffee in the mornings but it dissolves equally well in cold beverages. 25G of protein for only 150 calories is a nice trade off. It's not as high as some others that I've tried with are in the 30G range but they were higher fat and calories. Can't go wrong with NAKED brand.
