I'll write this review to be as helpful as I can since I needed one of these when trying to decide on which fidget to purchase. I'm broke and was looking at all kinds of fidgets $20 or less. Here's what to know about his specific one.Fist out of the box, I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. It's quiet and small yet also a 2 in 1 with the spinner and up and down motion. This means you can use this discreetly and I knew I wanted to keep it. However there's a downside. It started to catch on the spinning motion and I realized it was slowing wearing the more it's used. I looked into the reviews and one recommended wd40 (the electronic one for sensitive objects) so I returned this item. Ordered a different brand on Amazon that was $1 cheaper then used the wd40 on it right out of the package. This made a huge difference in slowing down the wear and tear making it easier to slide. So overall would I keep this item? Yes, if you used the wd40. It's absolutely my favorite discreet fidget and I find myself using it all of the time. If you don't use the wd40, just know it's not worth the price and will start catching within the first week. I already had electronic wd40 on hand. If you aren't satisfied with other fidgets, this one is worth a try. I haven't found a single fidget like this one, especially in this price range. It's a one of a kind type

This is a unique and compact slider type toy, just a bit thicker than a pencil and a bit longer than a AA battery. Unlike others which utilize magnets, this one seems to be entirely mechanical, meaning it won't come apart, there's no risk of losing pieces, and you don't have to worry about the magnets clinging to anything they're not supposed to or damaging anything sensitive to them. It's all metal so it's got a bit of weight and a good quality feel to it, with solid audible clicks and tactile feedback. It's got two motions, a back and forth slide, and then one side can rotate when it's at either end of the slide track. Unfortunately this part is a bit finnicky, as it has to be at the absolute end of the track to rotate properly and sometimes it doesn't quite stay there, and can get stuck. I don't think this will break it anytime soon, but you can definitely see heavy wear on the inside when it's been forced to rotate while not perfectly aligned. Style-wise, it's a bit odd, with a skull motif on one side, and 'Deep-Fried Dough Sticks' in large text on the other. I could do without that, but otherwise it works well.

The media could not be loaded. I love the size and weight of a metal fidget slider. The magnet strength is good. However, when I first tried it, it was difficult to slide one handed. I used a little WD-40 and it helped tremendously. Really happy with it.
