Oh so NICE and COOOLD!!
Convenient! Put em on, strap em on, straps are elastic, so they are comfortable. Have used them several times now and they're quality. No problems. I toss em in the freezer and when I take em out to use, they're COOOOOOLD!! And they stay cold for a while. The typical time about 20 minutes. Still cool a little longer than that. Stitching is good. Velcro is STRONG. Recommended!

Genial, buen tamaño y excelente gel que mantiene el frío durante más de 2 horas. La utilizo en la cama para las piernas y alivia mucho la pesadez y la hinchazón de tobillos. Al ser tan plana, aunquexescde buen tamaño, no supone un problema mantenerls en el congelador .

Ok for cold, not so much for warm...
Bought this for a home EHBO kit. For cold applications it works perfectly fine. The first time I needed it for a warm application, I put it in the microwave for 40 seconds, like the instructions on the box says. After 20, it exploded..
