Works as advertised.
Works well. I've used it on two old bathrooms with built up grime. I left it on about five minutes, then scrubbed with a Bissell spin brush. Did the job. Some areas I let dry and did it a second time.My only complaint is that the wide shape of the bottle makes it hard to grip and almost impossible to hold steady in one hand.

Best Grout Cleaner!
When I read the glowing reviews I thought I’d give this a try. WOW!! It got my 20 year old bathroom tile grout clean. I mean CLEAN! It works quickly, too. I applied the product, waited 2 minutes, scrubbed a bit with a brush and wiped it up. The paper towel I used to wipe up the dirt was black. It got all the baked in dirt and grime out. Best product!!

This is good light colored grout. It still takes a lot of scrubbing. Expensive on Amazon.
