This company does back it product I bought my foldable electric wheel chair and it was defective.febuary and in may it quit working and could not get response from seller I bought another battery and was not the right I paid 150. Dollars and still don't have wheel chair working I got no help from Amazon nor seller still waiting

Will be returning. The frame near the motor was bent. It is very jerky. I tried driving down the hall and it jerked from right to left. Turning around was also difficult.

Easy to use. A bit heavier than we expected but still manageable. Great price. All and all very happy.

We bought this for my Dad because of the advertised light weight. My Dad has never been able to use as intended in public settings because it is too heavy for him to manage. I have no mobility issues and it is heavy for me. After digging around in this post, I finally found the weight of 22,500 grams which is roughly 50 pounds. Had we known this prior to buying we would not have purchased. We can’t give further review because it has never been used
