Its marketed as 2000 MG but that's as per serving size of 2 softgels.I have had no side effects, and I feel like it helps me recover fast and prevents brain fog even when when I haven't slept well. I just take 1 softgel i.e. 1000 MG and I think it should be enough to promote longevity.

Ordered this item and it comes in a two-pack. Opened the first bottle and the contents were fused together and was only able to get a couple of capsules out of the container but then only with much difficulty. The second bottle in the two-pack appears to be similarly unusable as shaking it produces no 'rattle' sound as non-fused capsules should.This item IS NOT RETURNABLE.I have purchased this item in the past, however given this experience will no longer purchase ANY supplement through Amazon in the future
