Does it have eccentric or set screw to lock the shaft in the bearing bore?

Yes the bearing sticks out on one side and there is a set screw

Do these come pre-greased? Or are folks topping off prior to first use?

They looked like they had some grease in them but I lubed them on install again just to make sure. They are great once they are installed. Two years in and running 24 hours a day for four months and still going strong.

What is the exact bore diameter and tolerance? Some reviews say substantially less than 1", description says 1", but with no tolerance listed. Thanks!
