Very good product. Fits great, coverage is almost like a diaper it's all the way up front for males which is the most important. The top sheet which is what touches you when wearing is very soft and smooth. It is thin overall and has dual leak guards. I recommend this product and the diaper they make. Very breathable, you don't have to peel it off of yourself after wearing.

These are the best we have found on the market for heavy wetters. Order well ahead of time. On average they are usually out of stock on the large and XL size and takes about 2-3 weeks to get delivered after ordering. The length of time it takes to get the order is the only drawback. This has happened even when you subscribe so they know the order is coming. For absorbency and fit they are the best.

Good absorbency but pricy

Not as absorbent as advertized. Constantly have to pull them up. Absorbent material begins too low in the garment. They don’t work for me at all, I threw them out as worthless.

My mom is incontinent of bladder and bowels. We put these briefs on her when she wakes up and they provide protection for 7-8 hours during the day. No accidents=no leaking and no clothes ruined. They’re soft but durable. I searched through many briefs and I’m so glad I found these. The fact they’re on subscription gives me peace of mind that we will not run out. I highly recommend.

Great product, it takes really long to ship

I purchased this brand because I wanted something organic for my mom and this was the best brand by far! It’s leak proof and holds a lot and they comfortable, not itchy, fits snug and comfortable where she does not fuss with it. I brought the pull up which was much easier for me to put on her. It’s a great buy so go ahead and purchase one!
