Fellow Stagg Stovetop Pour-Over Coffee and Tea Kettle - Gooseneck Teapot with Precision Pour Spout, Built-in Brew Range Thermometer, Copper, 1 Litre

I use the kettle daily, it’s easy to use and perfect for pour over coffee. Not to mention that it’s beautiful to look at. Although one should not cling too much to material goods it has become one of those things you wouldn’t want to miss.

Is this kettle worth the price? It looks good and does the job, however the thermometre on the lid gets steamy at times and therefore uneasy to read. The Celsius are smaller than farenheits, which doesn't help either.The thermometre suddenly stopped working after I left the kettle on the gas for too long and it nearly got burnt. My mistake, but when it came to buy a replacement lid and thermometre (they don't come separately) I had to buy it from the US. It took weeks waiting for the delivery which finally never took place. Fellows customer service was good at keeping in touch and doing their best to assist, but they ended up informing me that the order could have been lost on its way. They refunded me but I am now left with a kettle with no lid. I suggested they should consider replacement parts selling spots in other countries to avoid this kind of unfortunate situation. Won't buy Fellows again.

Keine billige Chinaware. Hergestellt in Kalifornien. Sehr sauber und hochwertig verarbeitet. Ebenso ist das Material von hoher Qualität. Design - sehr chic - besonders hier mit Kupferlegierung. Funktion ebenso sehr gut - der Griff ist genau austariert, so daß das langsame Ausgießen mühelos bleibt. Absoluter Hingucker!

While it is totally functional - follow the directions - it is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

I did a lot of research before purchasing the Fellow Stagg stovetop kettle, especially at this price point. 4 months later, it still looks beautiful and works great. To address a few concerns I read in other reviews that I have not experienced with my kettle:1) The handle is sturdy and *does not* melt when used properly. I have a gas stove and use it every morning, usually at about 4-5 heat setting. As others have pointed out, you should not use full heat on this. In fact, when getting rid of my other, older stainless steel kettle, I saw on the bottom a similar warning. In other words, this is standard and what you should be doing regardless of kettle brand.2) I went with the copper variation rather than the painted black or white kettle so I cannot comment on “peeling.” Mine still looks great!3) The temperature gage works like a charm. No interior condensation or misreadings. It’s possible others had a faulty thermometer, not the case with mine.All in all, a beautiful and reliable kettle that has held up wonderfully for me. Highly recommended!

デザインもよく、気に入って使っています。このカラーは使った後に毎回洗わないとかなり跡が付きやすいところ、弱く注ぐ時にノズル部に伝ってしまうところは注意した方が良いです。
