Savu Smoke Bags - Alder Wood - Original

The 'gentle smoke bag', is perfect for however much food you can fit inside. We use it for fish, of all species, and salmon fillet is the best, so far. The flavour is not strong, but very lightly smokey. We have used the bag for vegetables as well, and asparagus works well. The price of the bag seems expensive, but I would advise filling the bag every time, to its capacity; you can always freeze any excess. We have not, as yet used the 'strong smoke bag', but it won't be too long !! 'Gourmet Granny'.

both strong and original smoke bags arrived this morning and smell wonderful, wont be using them straight away, little niggle is there is only 1 bag in each and little expensive for what you get,but as a one off or special occasion , a must buy

I was disappointed there was only one bag in the pack. It therefore proved very expensive...

a lot easier to use ,no mess or smell when using them for the trout i catch,would highly recommend to family and friends

Didn't really inpart a smokey taste/ flavour to the fish that was put in it

bought as a gift so don't really know. The recipient hasn't got back to me yet so may not have used them

MY DAUGHTER SAID THEY SMELT LIKE "CHEAP HOTDOGS" AND I HAVE TO AGREE, THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL.
