Still getting used to it, but as I like a deep-tissue massage I can deal with the painful higher settings, although some experimentation is required. It will definitely save money in the long term by reducing the need for the sports massages that I normally have. Unfortunately, you cannot remain seated on it for long after a massage as it is uncomfortable, and it's a bit unwieldy having to remove it to continue working in the same chair. However, a spare chair if you have the space would solve this. You do need a firm cushion to elevate yourself to make the lower back massage more effective so that it reaches low enough. I will probably get their neck massager to extend the areas I can treat at home.

I tried this massager on my lift chair, and it worked so I slipped it onto my mobility scooter. I prefer it on the mobility scooter because it is easier to regulate the pressure on a chair that it is intended for, not leaning against. I like it.
