I didn't believe this would do any good for my back pain, but I was wrong. I had to sleep on it a few weeks before I was convinced. I went to stay with someone for a few days and didn't bring this mat and I know the first night that it really had been doing me good. I was glad to get back home and sleep on it again. Only down side is I have to sleep directly on it to work good. And I don't like that it's cold. I tried it with the sheet on top and it didn't work well like that.

This does not work. Slept directly on it for over a month. After sticking to it with bare skin, put under sheets. Have slept on for several months now. Neither my husband nor I sleep better, have reduced pain, still have headaches. Does not work as others have suggested. Folds up under us while we sleep. I'm confused by the reviews. Is ours broken?

I love this mat. So much I bought the sheet set. It took two days before I noticed a change, my joints didn’t ache as much, when I woke up I wasn’t stiff. I slept all night since buying this. I bought another one my son and daughter share it when they have track meets it helps them recover from the distance runs. My only problem is I had to purchase the pen to check it. Great product. This is easy to use it fits perfectly on the bed I sometimes put it across the bed so my husband can get relief and sometimes it lay it the long way on my side of the bed. Great value for the price. I have been using this since January of this year and I am improving more each day. It is light weight easy to carry. I will come back at six months to discuss the durability. Stay tuned.
