Can i use these with nike air trainer shoes that have a cushioned insole already?

Yes, you can wear these in any sort of tennis shoe :)

Which Ones? Gel like or these 'firmer' plastic ones?

We have both. The regular HTP heel seats are a firmer rubber material. If you're a first time customer I suggest trying these as they are our most effective product. On the other hand, if you have very sensitive feet, then you might want to go with the softer gel heel seat.

Where are these made?

Hi E's Place👋, Our products are made in both the USA and a few other countries as well depending on the specific SKU. Hope this message finds your safe and well, please let us know if you have any other questions. Best, Amanda Heel That Pain 👣 💙

Will these fit comfortably inside a ballet flat women's shoe?

Hey Jade, Thanks for reaching out, good question. Our Heel Seats work great inside most flats. Every once in a while there is an exception due to the structure of the flat. If you have any issues with them fitting please reach out to us directly via message and we will be happy to help you with a free exchange or refund! Hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions! :) Best, Amanda Heel That Pain
