Not for me!
Didn't work for me! In fact, her voice was quite annoying to lusten to so gave up after numerous tries! Sorry but cannot recommend.

Very disappointed
Purchased this in a an attempt to lose weight having successfully used hypnotherapy CD's for other purposes. Have listened every day (and sometimes several times a day) for 4 weeks. No results at all. I just cannot "go off" with this CD. Words are used that are contradicty through the text and just dont sit well with me. I'm going back to Paul McKenna CD's. Would not recommend this product.

This program started working for me on the first day, now only a few days on I have already lost weight. I am now looking forward to getting in to my fashion cloths, before they go out of fashion!Y.M.

Really Helpful Cd
I found this cd extremely helpful.Rachael has a voice that helps you to relax. She suggests ways to help with weight loss which I have found very helpful.If you are thinking about purchasing a Weight Loss cd then I would definately advise on purchasing this one.
