I love it. My son did take 2 links out. But that is perfect for my wrist!!

I got this to try as I have heard copper and magnets are good for arthritis which is an issue for me. My wrist and thumb are giving me grief and nothing is really helping so I decided to try it. I wear it on my affected wrist. I can’t tell that it has helped my pain but the bracelet is really pretty and I wear it daily. It has not tarnished and it’s sturdy. The catch was really tight initially and I was challenged to unfasten it initially but it is easier now after a few weeks of use. I was able to use the tool to remove 3 links and ended up putting 1 back on with no problem. There’s also storage in the tool for extra links and pins.

I have a lot of pain in my hands and elbows so far the pain is no longer there. I would’ve never believed it. I also bought a copper ring for both hands, and I don’t put them on at bedtime. I’ll start getting the aches and pains in my hands again so it’s better to clean them and put them right back on. I would’ve never dreamed a copper and magnets would work, but they surely do.

Very nice item. Would have given it five stars but for the clasp. It would get hooked on the sleeve of my coat an open on its own. Finally it opened and I did not notice it. And it was lost. I ordered another one with a much better clasp for more money. Hope this helps someone in there purchase.

I purchased this bracelet on Amazon on 2/28/2022 and have worn it since I received it in March. It has helped tremendously to alleviate the pain in my arthritic wrist and thumb. Recently, it fell off my wrist a couple of times, and I assumed there was a problem with the clasp, but when I put it back on, the clasp seemed to close tightly. A few days ago, a neighbor found my bracelet in the middle of our street, near my parked car. It had obviously been run over, and the clasp was broken off. Needless to say, I didn't realize it had fallen off that one last time. As the window to return the bracelet to Amazon had closed, I contacted customer service at MagnetRx.com, the manufacturer, explained what had happened, and expressed my hope that they would replace my bracelet.I sent the email on Friday afternoon, 6/17/22. 45 minutes later, I received a reply from Mel at MagnetRx, saying that this was not a common complaint, and that it must have been a faulty clasp. He said that he would send out a new bracelet as soon as I provided him with my shipping address. I sent him my address and received a reply within 10 minutes that the matter was taken care of, and that I should receive my new bracelet by Tuesday, 2/21/22. My new bracelet arrived on SUNDAY, 2/19/22!!!I am writing this review to rave not only about my copper bracelet, but also to rave about the awesome company that manufactures it. I don't remember EVER dealing with a business that takes care of their customers in such a wonderful manner, and with a promptness that can only be described as lightning speed!I am recommending MagnetRx.com to anyone who needs relief from arthritic pain, and who wants to get that relief from a most outstanding company!!!
