Can I use it on non tamiya acrylics?

Yes you can use it in all airbrush acrylic paints

How will this work against a eproxy paint like duracoat

This is Tamiya Extra Thin cement under another name and it will melt any paint. Put some extra thin on some epoxy and see what happens

Does this work on enamel paints?

It should. My modeler friends told me its quite strong. Remember, this is airbrush cleaner, not paint thinner.

Will this work on lacquer paints too?

I decant tamiya spray cans and i believe they are lacquer paints. I cleaned my airbrushes with no issues. Other altenative is alclad airbrush cleaner - the same thing just different brand.
