No issues, it's a great little laptop, especially for the price! It works perfectly for what I need it for, and the touchscreen is very responsive. The size makes it very portable, the battery life is pretty good, and typing on the keyboard feels nice. It's kinda top heavy due to the touch screen part, but it feels very sturdy. It came with very minimal damage, just a few small scrapes on the corners of the outside. Screen has no scratches. I do not regret this purchase at all.

I hate that some people are having issues with these little computers but the one I received seems perfect. I've thoroughly inspected it and I've used it for several hours. It looks and works like new. I feel there is a distinct advantage to buying refurbished electronics like this. Someone bought it new and had problems with it so they returned it. The issues were resolved and it was sold to me. I now have a like new computer with all the problems worked out before I bought it at a great price. All my programs and apps loaded without any problems. Some seem to be receiving these computers without a power supply. Mine had one that was also in new condition. Would I like for the battery to last longer? Sure I would, but it lasts for several hours which is an acceptable amount of time and it recharges quickly. The screen is clear and sharp and the colors are excellent. The keyboard is also excellent with no "sticky keys." I bought this computer with a 256 gig hard drive so it has a lot of space left after loading my programs and apps, and the 4 gigs of RAM makes the computer fast enough for my needs. I have not noticed any lag time. The fact that it came with the latest version of Windows preinstalled was a strong selling point for me. I love that it folds up to work much like a tablet if I want. It’s a bit heavier than I expected but that is not a deal breaker for me. In summation, I couldn't be happier with this computer. I highly recommend the refurbished Dell Latitude 3190 HD 2-in-1 for anyone who is looking for a computer that is small but still powerful and easy to use. For the price, it is a true bargain. I would definitely buy it again, and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Con: Whenever the screen is dark, you can see a stain or some kind of damage in the middle. I once encountered an issue where the screen kept turning off & on. It went away when I restarted it but I am a scared it's going to happen again. Some of the keys do not work well. I have to press the O key & N key really hard to make it work. I was going to get it fixed, but because it has so many issues from the outside, getting it fixed may be expensive as external damage indicates damage is worsed from the inside. In my opinion, the Refurbished-Excellent laptop is not well refurbished. I don't think it warrants a Refurbished-Fair rating because this laptop is not usable with so many issues regarding typing. I type 60 WPM & I feel stuck all the time with homework & the flaw ruins my synergy for studying. I'll probably send it back this week whenever I can find time. Pro: I love its size, it's really cool! Weight is very light. Speed is really good for its size with an 8gb RAM. No issue with wifi. Really sucks it has so much physical damage though. I'm actually surprised it didn't come with foam or bubble wrap to protect it while in transit. I'll make sure to properly protect the computer when I ship it back for its return.

I've only had it 3 days, which still leaves a window left open for my review to change, but i live it so much i had to give it 5 stars and a HUGE shout out to anyone like me who needs a new, inexpensive, up to date and powerful laptop. This Amazon restored, not refurb, but restored Dell Latitude with full new install of Win 11 Pro, for $139 and it has touch screen with full flip cover, was my dream come true. It looks brand new and runs like a dream... 3 days old, but it's so silent and clean in it's speed and performance, that i just can't get over the price i paid. It was even packaged like it was brand new.

I got the Refurbished Dell Latitude 3190. Windows 11Pro touchscreen!! It is a nice laptop. I love the touch screen. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and it seems to be working flawlessly… I primarily bought it for using it for my automotive diagnostic tool.. it’s pretty fast for 1.3 gig.

The computer itself is great. Not a mark on it! The battery seems to last a long time and charges back up quickly. (2-4 hours) Wi-fi was a breeze and I love the slightly smaller size compared to larger and heavier laptops. You can’t go wrong buying this at this price! Now, all that being said - setup was NOT the piece of cake I was hoping for and it took me down rabbit holes I wish I had never gone down! The first question it asks you is do you want to start from scratch on this computer? Or do you want your laptop to be familiar like your others? We’ll just sync it up to the cloud and boom you’re done. I vacillated. I chose to go cloud. Yeah no. Spent the next 2 days trying to undo and opt out of iCloud. Should have been simple enough. It was not. The ultimate outcome was my HP got ruined in the process with a Critical Error - start menu won’t work. No files on my computer and Microsoft will not support windows 10 anymore so I can’t get a fix. Tried internet fixes to no avail, so now that sits broken in my closet. Bottom line. This is a great computer. Buy it if you get the chance, but put some serious thought as to whether you want to sync it to the cloud or start fresh! I wish I had started fresh!

I never owned a Dell device before but I do have to say that I’ve been pleased. First of all the price is ideal and the setup was simple. The speed is more than enough and the touch screen is very responsive. I tested the battery life several times, allowing the unit to run down completely. I’m pretty impressed with how long the battery held out. My only issue is with storage capacity. After reading similar concerns I immediately purchased a package of thumb drives which resolved the issues. I definitely recommend this small laptop with removable touchscreen because I think it’s one of the best that I’ve tried.

computer works, however both bottom corners of the screen have what appear to be pressure marks or something that turn a burnt-ish yellow when the screen is black or tilted. additionally the top left screw holding the bottom of the computer together arrived damaged, the lip that hold the head of the screw is broken and now the screw does not secure the bottom plate, which causes the bottom plate to pop open any time the screen itself is moved, which is a lot considering its supposed to be used as a tablet as well. a random broken plastic piece flew out of the inside of the computer in one of the instances of the plate popping open. i think what is either some forgotten screws, or stripped parts is causing these issues and also somehow has resulted in the left hinge of the computer not staying in place, it wiggles all over the place, and the lid falling open. There are scuff, or almost scratch marks on the bottom right corner of the rubber edge of the keyboard section, as well as many cosmetic errors like the keyboard keys printed letters missing portions. it seems almost like in refurbishing it, however that was done, they also damaged it more.
