Took some getting used to as there isn't a heel. Suggest a larger size as your toes get pushed forward owing to lack of heel. Nice looking shoes and haven't made my arthritis any worse which is why I had them recommended to me.

I was told by the hospital to get these type of trainers to make my feet more flexible, I have added insoles inside them to give me an arch too, I am 8/9 shoe, ( big footed woman), but they fit well, and are comfy, although getting use to the added height being tall as well, but that isn't a problem. they were one of the cheapest I had found, you get extra laces of different colours as stated . good buy.
