Product quality
Milk powder emptied from sachet is not melting 100%. Some qty is remaining as semi solid . I am losing value for money

What the hell was that??!
It was all owkaey, nice, creamy, but sometimes the quantity wasn't enough and sometimes overlapping, though taste was good as in quality that's why quantity didn't matter, but the last one today left me in shock!!!
