Installed quickly and easily. The product seems to be of high quality and is giving no issues. Fixed the problem and saved us hundreds by doing it ourselves. Youtube university will teach you how to install easily.

After listening to clunking spinning for months and then the beep beep of the unbalanced load making those noise triggers for us. My son was able to replace them in 1/2 hour and no issues with our first load. Super quiet spin. Plus got them for only $25. Hopefully they will last at least a few years.

Samsung WA45T3400AW Yes, the suspension rods fit this model. No, it was not easy to install especially if you do not have much room to operate around the washer. I was able to replace the rods under 2 hours but be prepared for grease on the old rods. You also need a good amount of force to remove them. Mine did not just pop out like the YT videos show so I had pry them out with two tools while lifting the drum. Overall, the washer runs almost like new - it is going on 5 years old. I see no reason these replacements will not hold up over time especially if you take care of the washer. Note that you must be sure your washer is level, and you need to run the calibration cycle (balances drum) to prolong the life of the rods and the machine.

These fixed the problem with our Samsung washer. If you are experiencing an unbalanced signal and your washer is shaking violently, this product will likely resolve the problem. They are easy to install (if you are mechanically inclined), and it doesn't take long. The cost of this product vs. buying a new washer is a no-brainer.

Does the job, it was a quick first time DIY job with my Samsung washer. My washer was having the UB and UE (unbalanced load) codes. There are some good video instructions, but basically it’s a 15-30 minute job where you unscrew the lid and replace each corner spring by hand one at a time. It can be a little awkward of a job but it saves hundreds of dollars in repair costs. I’ll update if I run into any problems but I’m about 6 months in now and it works like new.

These were a life saver for my Samsung washer. Extremely sturdy, stopped all that off balanced banging. Went to youtube university and had it done myself within an hour...I kept getting distracted. Would definitely recommend!

I was somewhat surprised by both the quality and that it was actually the cure for our washer out of balance issue. Years ago I was an appliance repair technician, but technology has marched on. They worked perfectly and is better made than the OEM’s I removed!
