Disappointed with durability – metal hook broke quickly
I bought this phone lanyard 4 months ago, and unfortunately, the metal hooks broke within a short period of use. Now I have it temporarily held together with sellotape, which is obviously not a long-term solution. The design with the black leather woven through the gold chain looked nice and felt sturdy at first, but the weak hooks/links really lets it down. Not reliable if you want to keep your phone secure on you when it can be easily snatched due to the very weak links. Would not recommend unless they improve the hardware quality. Update: After seeing my review, they issued me a full refund and even sent me two free lanyards. Outstanding customer service — I would definitely recommend shopping with this company.

Poor quality
The metal chain is really flimsy, the links begun to separate fairly soon after the first use, the golden paint came off, it started catching on my clothes and tearing / ripping it. Now ooking very tatty-very - a poor quality item

Handy when I am without pockets
I like the color and the gold chain. It is a good length - hangs out of the way, but easy to use when necessary. So far, it seems to be of good quality and I have gotten several compliments on it.

Il cordino è robusto, ben rifinito e lo trovo molto elegante. Apprezzata anche la presenza delle due toppe incluse nella confezione, che permettono di avere un ricambio oppure di utilizzarle su un altro telefono o custodia. Nel complesso è un accessorio ben realizzato e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un modo elegante per portare il telefono in sicurezza.
