Spraying the bottom of my feet and rubbing it in on those restless night, puts me to sleep. I wake up not drowsy or loopy feeling well rested and great. I’ve been using it for about 2 years. I only use when needed.

LOVE this product! I sleep like a baby after applying it to my feet! It does dry out your skin but you can apply any cream after it dries in.

This item works well, especially for those that have neuropathy. I can rub this on the bottoms of my feet and then the issue stops. Easy to use.

I spray this on the bottom of my feet and it relaxes me and works like melatonin. I could sleep a whole day without interruptions and wake up feeling refreshed. I’d suggest putting some kind of oil or lotion on your feet before spraying this and put socks on to let it soak in. Used it without lotion a few times and my feet were extremely dry and peeling on the bottom (just a heads up if that’s how you plan on using it that way)

Easter skeptical but I get the best sleep when I use this
