Will this be ok on wallpaper?

if the wall paper is good quality and wipe friendly it shouldnt be a problem. If the wall paper is mouldy i would suggest removing it, treating the area and then hanging new wall paper once the area has aired.

I have small areas of mould that i want to remove. I dont necessarily want to paint afterwards. is that workable?

Yes you can use this but we would advise to test an area first. The mould may also have stained the paint.

Does it kill the mold that may be lingering under paint or is it just to clean it off a flat painted wall? Will it soak into plasteretc in order. To ?
