Tastes like sugar!
I love Viva Doria Allulose. It tastes like sugar with no after taste. It's not as sweet as sugar so I add a bit extra so that it's sweet enough. Really great zero calorie sweetener.

I asked AI what is the closest tasting sweetener compared to sugar and it told me this product. This is hands down the best sugar substitute I have ever tasted.

No Funky Aftertaste Sugar Substitute
I am a repeat purchaser. I like this product as a sub for sugar. It is not hygroscopic so does not become chunks while in the cabinet. Dissolves quickly in liquids. Used as a 1:1 substitute for sugar in cookies. Not as sweet and does not brown as much as regular sugar but fine in the end product. Cookies had a little softer texture but enjoyable. On my subscribe and save.

Almost there, but not quite
I bought this to use in my coffee, because this is the ultimate test of a sweetener. That's because I use a LOT of sugar in my coffee and any off flavors would really jump out. And there were no off flavors. Still, the coffee tasted flat and didn't titillate my tongue the way I'm used to, so I didn't enjoy it. The cup of coffee got me through my breakfast, but I left some in the cup once the meal was over, which I don't usually do. Most people use far less sugar in their coffee than I do, so this product would probably be more satisfactory for them.

Safe for diabetics & tastes great!!
I use this for all things sweet. Coffee, tea, cookies, etc. I just made a custard pie with it & it is great!!from AI search: "Allulose is generally considered safe and beneficial for people with diabetes because it does not spike blood sugar or insulin levels, provides only 0.4 calories per gram, and tastes about 70% as sweet as regular table sugar."

A good sweetener with no digestion issues.
I am pleased with the purchase and have just ordered more. Unlike other sweeteners there was no digestive issues, works well for cooking and hot drinks like coffee or tea. I use a 1:1 ratio with sugar but it's not quite as sweet as you should expect. Has a more powdered texture but that's fine have had no issues.

Not as sweet as expected
Not as sweet as other sugar substitutes so I have to use a lot more to even detect it. I will buy again but be aware, you'll need more than other types.
