The water heater is not working. What should I do?

1. Check battery (low voltage prevents startup). 2. Ensure correct inlet/outlet and normal water pressure. 3. Check gas supply and normal pressure. 4. After water flows, listen for ignition. If no sound, reach out to us via Amazon.

Why does the water heater temperature keep going hot and cold?

1. Remove the inlet hose from the heater. Open the water supply valve or pump. Check for steady water flow and sufficient pressure. 2. Try replacing the gas cylinder or pressure regulator.

The water heater is leaking gas and won't work?

1. Apply soapy water to the connections. If bubbles appear, tighten the screws. 2. If it still leaks, reach out to us via Amazon.
