These are fantastic binoculars. Easy to adjust for perfect fit, with or without glasses. And what you see is very clear and easy to focus on. They are not heavy and they come with a neck strap and a nice pouch with shoulder straps to store or carry the glasses in. Great value for the price.

Great binoculars, clean crisp optics. The included case is high quality as are the binoculars. Zero complaints. They feel like good quality and should last many years if taken care of. I thought about these or the P7 from Nikon. The big difference is that these can zoom in to something closer. Let’s say that you see a lizard on the ground 5 feet away. You could look at it and it’ll be crispy clear through these. I don’t think the P7 does that but the P7 has a wide range of view that doesn’t really matter to me so I chose these and I’m happy with them. A good buy at $143.

Terrific for bird watching. Excellent clarity and easy adjustability, and the quality is awesome. Very pleased with this purchase.

Received the nocs and was immediately impressed with the total package. The quality of the binoculars and the case is extremely what we were looking for after a long online search. The nocs are built to accommodate folks who wear corrective lenses or perfect eyesight by adjusting the eye pieces which are easily adjustable. The roof prism provides excellent focus, the collective feel of the set are incredible which will allow us to utilize these nocs for many years to come.....but a plus is the lifetime warranty offered by the mfg.

The Vortex Opmod 10x42 binoculars are a fantastic combination of clarity, comfort, and durability. The image is bright and sharp even in lower light, and the 10x magnification gives plenty of detail without being shaky. They feel solid in hand, yet light enough for long viewing sessions, and the grip is comfortable. Focus is smooth and precise, and they come with Vortex’s excellent warranty for peace of mind. For the price, these deliver outstanding performance and value — highly recommended for both nature watching and general outdoor use.

I know there are tons of reviews out there already on the Diamondback HDs (10x42) but just adding my quick observations. First impressions... the bino feels good in hand and smaller than expected, in a good way. The amor is grippy and tough. Controls are excellent and no slop in the focus adjust wheel. It generally feels like a first rate product with no real flaws to speak. Optically, sharpness in the center is excellent and gradually less so as you move towards the outer frame. Excellent clarity and bright image. FOV is sufficient for a 10x in this class. A little bit of chromatic aberration appears sometimes in super bright conditions but mostly goes unnoticed unless you are super sensitive to it. For the price... hard to expect better optical performance. A joy to view with. The Diamondback HDs is an excellent value and easy to recommend to my friends. I also like the Celestron Trailseekers and Athlon Midas G2 UHDs.

Very happy with this purchase. The optical glass is of great quality. The material is textured and grippy. Adjustability is there for everything, not only the focus but you can adjust each eyecup individually. The 42mm objective lens brings in a lot of light which is really helpful. It comes with the GlassPak harness which is adjustable as well. It fits snuggly against the chest. It has 3 mesh pouches, one on each side except the front. The side pouches are about 3”w x 5”t with an open top that has a stretchy cord to keep it closed. The rear pouch has a zipper. The harness that comes with the GlassPak also has two straps to connect to the binoculars for extra security. The binoculars also come with their own neck strap which is also great quality if you choose not to use the harness with the GlassPak as a wearable option. Easy to use in every regard, the straps, the case, the harness, the adjustable eyecups, everything. I use these for the field as well as the range, made convenient by the versatility of changing the strap/harness. Lastly, there are protective covers that come for the front and back lens’.
